How It Works

Importing scores from Golf Australia

Golf.com.au doesn't provide a public API, so we use a browser extension that runs in the context of your logged-in session. It calls the same internal APIs that the dashboard uses — your credentials never leave your browser.

What data is captured

For each round: date, course, tees, adjusted gross, course rating, slope, differential, daily handicap, and hole-by-hole scores. This is the same data visible on your golf.com.au dashboard.

Putting data

Putts aren't available from golf.com.au. You can import per-hole putts from Garmin Connect (if you use an Approach watch) or Shot Scope via their respective browser extensions. Or enter them manually on the Rounds page.

Updating with new rounds

After playing, run the "latest 5 rounds" export (takes a few seconds) and upload. Existing rounds are automatically deduplicated — you can upload the same data multiple times safely.
